Have you heard the call of summer yet?
We don’t really know what you’re waiting for if you haven’t, but maybe if we explained the Jeep Summer program in detail, you might hurry up and get out there.
According to the official Jeep blog, the Jeep Summer program is about “experiencing the moments that make the season so unique. Whether it’s watching an outdoor game or just enjoying the sunshine with friends, we know that summer wouldn’t be the same without the little things.” If you capture those little things on camera, you should share them with Jeep for a chance to win some prizes.
How exactly does it work? Follow the official Jeep Instagram account and check the current prompt, like this one:
There’s a new inspiration for you to work with every Monday and Thursday. Post your picture and tag it with #JeepSummer. That’s all it takes, and you’ll be entered to win.
Win what?
Jeep is partnered with the USA Men’s Basketball team. It only makes sense that two American icons would get together, so every time you submit a picture, you’re entered for a chance to see the team prepare for the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
You should also remember those incredible Altitude editions of all your favorite Jeeps. The more pictures you submit, the more chances you have to win a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Altitude.
But hey, even if you don’t want to win anything, even if just enjoying your summer is what counts for you, the Jeep Summer program is a great way to make a difference. That’s because as part of Operation S.A.F.E. Return, Jeep is donating $1 to the USO for every submission with the #JeepSummer hashtag. When you share your summer, you help support our troops as they return home and settle in for life after service. Jeep has raised almost $8,000 already, and the summer is just getting started.
